Inputs facilitate the generation of data such as numerical values and dates, making them available for use in other widgets through connection points, also known as sockets (inlet and outlet). These widgets vary in functionality: some are static for fixed inputs, while others are dynamic, known as sliders. Sliders allow for flexible adjustment and modification of input values by moving a slider control.
