By clicking on the Plus button the upper section of the platform, a new dashboard opens.
A double-click on the title of a dashboard allows it to be renamed, and clicking on the cross symbol deletes the dashboard. The platform saves the state of the dashboards and its data, so the same dashboards and widgets will be displayed the next visit.
However, it is recommended to register and login to the platform to securely save the content. This ensures that all your dashboards and their contents are safely stored in your account and accessible when you return.
To change the order and arrangement of the dashboard tabs, simply click on the title of a tab, hold it, and then drag it before or after another tab. Once the mouse button is released, the dashboard tabs will be rearranged according to your selection.
Each dashboard comes with the capability to share, download, or upload. By clicking on the three dots icon located at the top left corner of the dashboard (see the image), users can access these options. This feature allows users to easily share their dashboards with others, download them for offline use, or upload previously saved dashboards, enhancing collaboration and flexibility.
When a dashboard is shared, downloaded, or uploaded, an exact replica of the dashboard is recreated, ensuring consistency and ease of use. This feature allows a user to share a dashboard from their simulation with another user, enabling them to access and analyze it without having to recreate it from scratch.
As shown in the image, a button on the left side of the dashboard allows users to hide or reveal all widget connections. By clicking this button, all connections between widgets are hidden, providing a cleaner view of the dashboard. Clicking the button again reveals the connections, allowing users to see the data flow between widgets. This feature enhances the usability of the dashboard by enabling users to toggle the visibility of connections as needed.
As illustrated in the image, multiple widgets within a dashboard can be selected by clicking the selection icon on the left side. This feature allows for the selection of any number of widgets, facilitating bulk operations such as moving, copying, or editing multiple widgets simultaneously. This enhances the efficiency and flexibility of managing dashboard components.
The Link to Current View feature allows users to copy a link to the clipboard that captures the exact state and view of the current dashboard. By clicking this button, a URL representing the current dashboard configuration is generated and copied, enabling easy sharing and re-access to the specific dashboard view.
In the bottom-left corner of the dashboard, four icons are available for zoom control: Zoom In, Zoom Out, Fit to Screen, and Reset to 100%. These tools allow users to easily adjust the view of the dashboard for better visualization and navigation of widgets.
The scroll wheel on the mouse can also be used for Zoom In and Zoom Out by rotating the wheel while on the dashboard.
